1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by us, including boat tours, transfers and other activities booked through our official website or authorised partners.
1.2 By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version is available on our website.
2. Booking & payment
2.1 Bookings can be made through our website, authorised partners or directly with our representatives.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer or other methods specified at checkout.
2.4 You will receive a confirmation email after a successful booking. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.
2.5 Information on our website may occasionally be incorrect or outdated, even though we strive for accuracy. In case of a mismatch, the intention of the website texts shall be accepted as agreed.
3. Cancellation & refunds
3.1 Customers may cancel their booking; see the checkout process for details.
3.2 Cancellations made after the free cancellation period are non-refundable.
3.3 We may cancel a tour due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are then offered an alternative date or a voucher valid for 12 months.
4. Changes & rescheduling
4.1 Customers may request to reschedule within the free cancellation period. Later changes are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.
5. Liability & insurance
5.1 We are not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.
5.2 Customers participate at their own risk. Personal travel insurance is recommended.
5.3 Participants must follow safety instructions from staff. We reserve the right to refuse service for violations.
6. Safety & conduct
6.1 All participants must follow staff instructions.
6.2 Safety gear such as life jackets must be worn when required.
6.3 Participants must not endanger themselves or others.
7. Governing law & disputes
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
7.2 Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Montenegro.
